Proof of Vaccination
Proof of vaccination may include:
- NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS
- Excelsior Pass
- CDC Vaccination Card (or photo)
- NYC Vaccination Record
- An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S
If you received the vaccine outside the U.S., you must have an official immunization record that includes:
- First name and last name
- Date of birth
- Vaccine product name (only vaccines authorized by the WHO are acceptable)
- Date(s) administered
- Site where the vaccine was administered, or name of the person who administered it
ADDITIONAL ID REQUIREMENT:
1) A valid photo ID to confirm the name and date of birth match the vaccination record.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is required to show proof of vaccination?
-Unless noted by law, All guests attending events indoors in NYC, 12 years of age and older will be required to show proof of vaccination.
How many doses of the vaccine are required for our guests?
-Beginning August 17th, guests are required to show proof of at least one (1) dose.
Will children under 12 years old be able to attend events?
-Yes, as of this writing, children under 12 are not yet eligible for the vaccine, but will be allowed to attend events with vaccinated adults, IF they are MASKED.
What is the vaccination policy for our team?
-All team members are required to be fully vaccinated.
What is your mask policy at events?
-Unless noted by law, we do NOT require masks at this time for guests or patrons, except for children less than 12 years old who are not eligible at the time of this writing for vaccination.
-We also understand that not everyone is ready to let go of their masks just yet, even if partially or fully vaccinated, and that is fine too!
-Critically, all of our Staff members are fully vaccinated and also must complete a wellness survey before each shift, and can only work if they are well. When you see a Pavilion on the Terrace® team member without a face covering, you can be assured that they have been fully vaccinated.
What other important Safety Policies do you have in place?
-Additionally, in the spirit of added caution, our HVAC system has been updated with multiple layers of increased air sanitation and clean airflow!
-We’ve increased the fresh air flow being pulled in through our HVAC system and delivered into the banquet hall, and we will keep the fan running at all times to ensure maximum airflow and filtration.
-All of our HVAC filters have been upgraded to Merv-13 filters- following recommendations from CDC and The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, we’ve installed MERV 13 filters into all of our air returns. MERV 13 filters are the highest-rated filters, structured to capture airborne viruses as well as bacteria, allergens, mold, and pollens.
Will the above rules apply for my future event?
-Please note that as guidelines change, all events will follow the guidelines that are active on the date of your event and not at the time of contracting in order to ensure safety and provide you with an incredible experience.
